Sr. Project Manager & AI Strategy Consultant
Julie is a certified and professional project manager, business analyst, and process improvement expert with over 20 years of experience in both the corporate world as well as an independent consultant.
In addition to earning her Master’s degree in project management and official PMP certification, Julie also holds certifications in traditional and agile methodologies, as well as Business Process Improvement Essentials (Lean Six Sigma). She is currently pursuing a Cognitive Project Management Artificial Intelligence (CPMAI) certification and earning her PhD in Creative Leadership for Innovation and Change (CLIC) from the University of the Virgin Islands.
Julie has managed a wide range of successful projects spanning numerous industries, including custom products and prototypes through fabrication and manufacturing, digital products and SaaS applications, generative AI model development projects, system integrations and implementations, mobile application development projects, countless website rebuilds and redesigns, marketing campaigns, public events, and more. She has worked with both for-profit and non-profit entities, and even helped several organizations establish PMOs.
In 2024, Julie expanded her knowledge, skills, and experience in Learning and Development, and designed, developed, and delivered numerous project management training and mentoring programs for various organizations, all with varying needs, skill levels, and competencies. Julie is an Authorized Training Partner (ATP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is the Director of Professional Development for the Portsmouth, New Hampshire Chapter. She also teaches PMP exam prep.
In her “free” time, Julie enjoys reading, kayaking, hiking, and snowmobiling in New Hampshire’s beautiful White Mountains. She is also a semi-professional aerial gymnast and dancer, a diehard power sports enthusiast, and a cat mom.
